mbaje may publish supplementary terms, rules, or policies that apply to specific features, games, or promotional campaigns. Such supplementary terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and are equally binding on all users of the mbaje platform.

The mbaje platform is strictly intended for adult players. To register an account and use any part of the mbaje platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

mbaje supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods popular among Bangladesh players. These currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbaje platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity using the mbaje platform or its payment facilities.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing or any other activity intended to manipulate the outcome of bets or games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mbaje staff or other platform users via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the mbaje platform software or its underlying systems.

mbaje monitors platform activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a breach of these user obligations is identified, mbaje reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the offending account, void any associated bets or winnings, withhold pending withdrawals, and take such further legal or regulatory action as may be appropriate.

Players may request the closure of their mbaje account at any time by contacting the mbaje support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the outcome of the relevant event.

mbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within a reasonable time period after being requested to do so.
• Inactivity: accounts that have not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. mbaje will notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts are not subject to balance deductions unless explicitly stated in a separate dormancy policy.
• Any other circumstance in which mbaje determines, acting reasonably, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the player, other users, or the integrity of the platform.

The mbaje platform and all services provided thereon are offered on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While mbaje takes all reasonable steps to ensure the continuous, secure, and accurate operation of its platform, mbaje does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbaje, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or anticipated profits arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or incorrect display of odds or game results.
• Loss or corruption of data, including account data, transaction history, or game history.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the mbaje platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
